last minute cancellations and no shows will be charged a 30% of service(s) fee. last minute cancellations include: rescheduling less than 2 hours before your appointment time, not meeting at the 7 minute grace period, and canceling less than 12 hours before your appointment. contact me ASAP if you can’t make it, thanks! <3
